Dental Insurance F.A.Q.
Unfortunately, HMO plans only allows Dental/Medical treatments inside of US network. We recommend you to check for PPO plans.
All patients wanting to use their insurance at our facilities will have to pay all treatments done out of and them submit a reimbursement claim.
Most of the times MetLife, Cigna and AETNA does not pay Co-Payment but, we highly suggest you to verify this information with one of the Insurance Coordinator since restrictions may apply in your policy.
Unfortunately, Care Credit does not work outside of US and is not an insurance company.
Indeed, most of insurances cover orthodontic treatments for patients under the age of 21. If age does not apply in your case, you can request your insurance to adjust your plan to be covered.
We’ve been working over 4 years along with: Delta Dental, MetLife, AETNA, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Concordia, Guardian, Etc. Just make sure they manage PPO plans.
Unfortunately, due to low performance from both parties in regards of Claim and Reimbursement processing, we stop working with this Insurances.
For Insurances, any cosmetic dental treatment is not going to be covered due to being deemed non medically necessary.
